Nutritional Supplements For Better Health

A nutritional supplement is any preparation that is intended to provide vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fatty acids and fiber to a normal diet. This may be to help certain medical conditions or when such things are not normally present in a person's diet. These nutritional supplements can therefore be categorised as health foods or as medical drugs. Most of these have to pass through strict guidelines laid down by drug administration in various countries and companies making such supplements may even have restrictions in advertising these products.
